Another Church…..Yay

Hello fellow Homo Sapiens! Today was….dull. It started like every day, myself waking and wishing I was still asleep. I dragged myself out of bed and got ready for church, made myself even cuter than usual. I used my big strong muscles to carry Rosedale stuff to the car. Then I made the mistake of leaning my legs against the car and ummm they live off a gravel road. Dust coated my thighs. I wiped it off real quick!

When we got to the church, we speedily set up the table like usual. Then I had a random stranger come up to me and ask me if it was my birthday. Guys, my birthday isn’t for two weeks but how he knew it was in this month is beyond me. This random stranger turned out to be the youth leader and worship leader for the day. He then proceeded to have everyone sing happy birthday for me since I will be on the road during my birthday. It was very sweet of him, but caught me completely off-guard. I listened to my dad share again about RI and quoted along with some of it. Then afterwards the youth heard more in depth about the Internships and about REACH, which I still knew a lot about but enjoyed hearing nonetheless. We were provided a meal and guys I ate RICE. It was just rice and meat and this yummy dish and I ate some chips. There wasn’t much dairy free options but it was still so good!! I met a lady who kinda looks like me supposedly so I’ll put the picture here so you guys can see for yourself.

After church, my family headed back to the house we were staying at to pack up and head out. I was stressing the whole time because I had a quiz due at midnight tonight. But I took Dramamine and did my schoolwork while we drove. I didn’t do the greatest on my quiz but I did well enough. We drove for four hours and ended in Colorado. We have nine more hours to go though so tomorrow will be long. I’ll try to find something to entertain you all though. GUYS, I didn’t watch Gilmore Girls!!! Does this mean I’m no longer addicted??? The answer is no because I’m looking forward to bingeing it tomorrow. Anyway!

Like I said we ended in Colorado and it’s not mountainous. Like it’s flat. And we saw a storm coming AND I got an amazing lightning picture!! I’ll show it to you guys. Sorry if I post late for you guys, I’m now two hours behind eastern time zone and one hour behind central time zone. I hope you all enjoy my ramblings. Hello fellow Homo Sapiens!! My mom told me to make this blog for school (yuckkkk) but I figured why not have fun in the midst of school! FAMILY FRIENDS

 Hello fellow Homo Sapiens! Today was an early start! My parents woke up at 5:30 am to start the drive from Arther, Illinois to Kansas City, Missouri. I woke up briefly when they first started driving and migrated to my parent's bed and slept for another hour or two. After I woke up, I chatted with my dad for about another hour until I decided to waste my life watching Gilmore Girls.  Can someone explain to me the point of Gilmore Girls and why it's weirdly addicting to watch it??? Like the whole show just has a ton of arguing and sarcastic comments that are really funny. I find myself laughing but at the same time, I'm bored with all the fighting that goes on between the main character and her mother. But anyway, that's enough of my thoughts on addicting Gilmore Girls. After our long drive, my mom had a meeting with the company she (and I) work through. Chillin with Mr. Lombardi

Me and Mr. Lombardi Hello my fellow Homo Sapiens! It's already time for my second post! It feels like I wrote the first one just yesterday....wait, guys it was just yesterday. We are on our way from the good ole state of Wisconsin to I have no clue where. I realize now that the nickname for Wisconsin people, a cheesehead, is so accurate. And the people embrace it. There was cheese themed stuff everywhere. And lemme tell you, it was TORTURE for someone who can't have dairy. I see cheese stuff and think "ooo that would be yummy" but then I remember the stomach pains I would have to endure in the future....I guess some things wouldn't be worth it. But guys it was cheese....  Anyway! Enough about cheese, The highlight of the day yesterday by far was visiting Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.
