FAMILY FRIENDS
Hello fellow Homo Sapiens! Today was an early start! My parents woke up at 5:30 am to start the drive from Arther, Illinois to Kansas City, Missouri. I woke up briefly when they first started driving and migrated to my parent's bed and slept for another hour or two. After I woke up, I chatted with my dad for about another hour until I decided to waste my life watching Gilmore Girls.
Can someone explain to me the point of Gilmore Girls and why it's weirdly addicting to watch it??? Like the whole show just has a ton of arguing and sarcastic comments that are really funny. I find myself laughing but at the same time, I'm bored with all the fighting that goes on between the main character and her mother. But anyway, that's enough of my thoughts on addicting Gilmore Girls. After our long drive, my mom had a meeting with the company she (and I) work through. THEN we were FINALLY on our way to visit our friends! We parked our RV in their yard and I bolted out to give everyone hugs. Who is everyone you may be asking....
My dad spoke at the fourth? or fifth? church. I'm losing count to be honest. But it was the church were used to go to when we lived in Missouri. So, we've seen a lot of old friends and I saw my childhood (more like tweenhood) best friend, Lily. Guys, she's so tall! I saw her and took a double take! It was great to see her though! I've missed her a ton. I'm not gonna lie, I feel guilty saying this, but the relief that went through me was insane when the girl who bullied me didn't show up. I forgave her but I'm also relieved to not see her.
ANYWAY, gosh I've been so melancholy today! Someone give me some ice cream! Cheer me up for Pete's sake! Do a jig! Anything! I hope you all have at least enjoyed my melancholiness and sorry for the sadness. Catch you all next time with more meanderings!
I didn’t hear any sadness, just Micah’s meanderings. You do a wonderful job writing! Keep em coming!
