No Ice Cream for Me

 Hello fellow Homo Sapiens. I am going start wiring about the current day so if I confuse any of you well then stinks to be youuuu. I'm kidding but seriously, don't get confused. Today wasn't super exciting so I will try to make it seem as exciting as possible. 

My delicious food
Today consisted of practically nothing if I'm being completely honest. We drove to a lot of places but ended in Missouri. I was slightly miserable but I think it's just old memories resurfacing. I binged some Gilmore Girls during our drive. Guys, I'm not gonna lie I found it kind of boring but I enjoyed it at the same time. It just needed some action in my opinion. It was funny though and had some meaning in the stories. For lunch, we stopped in a tiny town and ate with a couple pastoring a church near there. we, once again, had Mexican but mannn it was good! I can literally never get old of Mexican food. Why is it so good! Afterwards we walked to an ice cream shop and my fellow foodies, you'll never believe it BUT they didn't have a dairy free option! The nerve! I was honestly very sad because I really wanted ice cream, but I played it off like it was fine because I mean....it wasn't the end of the world.....YES IT WAS! I LIE! I WANTED ICE CREAM!! Sorry, that was a meltdown....moving on!

School plus food
After lunch, we got back on the road. It was a very chill drive and didn't feel that long. I had a ton of schoolwork that had needed to be done so I was anxious to get to our campground. Once we got to the campground, Zane and I set up our computers and got to work. We finished two assignments relatively quickly and with lots of laughter. Our gummy bear stress ball named Rick-Jerry kept us company and de-stressed us. Once we finished our assignments, I was standing on the picnic table bench and Zane made me get on his back and then TAKES OFF running and says "kidnapped!".  I started laughing so hard while on his back. We had just finished school so that was his sort of happy dance for being done. 

 Once again, we've reached the end. I'm so excited for Thursday guys! My family gets to see some family friends and stay with them. I can't wait to tell you all about it as well! I will catch you all next time with more meanderings!

Hello fellow Homo Sapiens!! My mom told me to make this blog for school (yuckkkk) but I figured why not have fun in the midst of school! FAMILY FRIENDS

 Hello fellow Homo Sapiens! Today was an early start! My parents woke up at 5:30 am to start the drive from Arther, Illinois to Kansas City, Missouri. I woke up briefly when they first started driving and migrated to my parent's bed and slept for another hour or two. After I woke up, I chatted with my dad for about another hour until I decided to waste my life watching Gilmore Girls.  Can someone explain to me the point of Gilmore Girls and why it's weirdly addicting to watch it??? Like the whole show just has a ton of arguing and sarcastic comments that are really funny. I find myself laughing but at the same time, I'm bored with all the fighting that goes on between the main character and her mother. But anyway, that's enough of my thoughts on addicting Gilmore Girls. After our long drive, my mom had a meeting with the company she (and I) work through. Chillin with Mr. Lombardi

Me and Mr. Lombardi Hello my fellow Homo Sapiens! It's already time for my second post! It feels like I wrote the first one just yesterday....wait, guys it was just yesterday. We are on our way from the good ole state of Wisconsin to I have no clue where. I realize now that the nickname for Wisconsin people, a cheesehead, is so accurate. And the people embrace it. There was cheese themed stuff everywhere. And lemme tell you, it was TORTURE for someone who can't have dairy. I see cheese stuff and think "ooo that would be yummy" but then I remember the stomach pains I would have to endure in the future....I guess some things wouldn't be worth it.
